Replacing Clutch Slave cylinder

I have a new oil sealer (#13) along with slave cylinder. Do I just pull the old one and pop it in? Not sure what's behind it. Is there oil I need to drain first?

Thanks! The banjo trick worked perfect. I ended up not replacing the seal as it looked fine.
