rostra electronic cc question

I'm getting ready to install the rostra electronic cruise and had a question. Does the blue wire go to the tach or is this not used. I am using the centrodyne pulse
divider. If the blue wire is not used what do I do with it? Thanks for any help.

Splice it in with the blue wire on the coil.

Mine is spliced under the blue electrical tape. This takes the place of a clutch switch. If the engine over-revs, the cruise will disengage.
