Can someone please refresh my memory on the procedures / steps to change the preload adjuster oil and to bleed it properly.

Do they really need to be kept private?
Nothing about keeping them private, it just takes me too long to find some of my posts, so I just keep some simple stuff like the preload adjuster info on a desk top icon and can just drag it over and send it to him faster.

I don't understand why folks are thinking I'm keeping secrets, when its right there in the Articles, several different times.
Seems folks are just getting lazy, and using the forum like Siri, and don't want to search for things themselves
