Throttle Locks

I've been considering a throttle lock. Don't want to go to the expense of a "real" cruise control, just want something to give the hand a rest.

What's the groups opinion on the the following:

NEP Cruise Control

or the:

Vista Cruise

Why or why not???

Something to think about on going for a real cruise control. Audiovox only runs about $100 bucks. Now this may be three times more than a NEP or Vista but Vista's need to be modified to work and I'm not sure about the NEP.

I was where you are at today not long ago but opted for the Audiovox and have never looked back.

I've got a Vista on my Yamaha and it works great I just felt the ST deserved more .

this has been discussed quite a bit and with a bit of searching you can probably find the answers you seek pretty quickly.

if you search for 'vistacruise' and 'flawless', you'll find a thread I started with pics.

While it's a bit tedious and time consuming to go to the effort I did (you'll also find other types of solutions in that thread), I think it's well worth it. I use my vistacruise every time I ride.
