My ST was in the shop when I received my new helmet from Tonker. The dealer kept the bike for two months and I established that the helmet was too small only after I started riding again, long after the 30 days of the Tonker return policy.
Sent an eMail to Tonker, received a return authorization the next day, one week later they had my helmet in hand and another week later Chris had a new one delivered at my door.
Cannot beat customer service like that.
