Top box and paniers.... using others

Has anyone modded Pelican or similar cases larger than the OEM to fit in these locations? Paniers or top box....

Would be interesting to see just how those Givis were mounted.
Doesn't look too bad, but I'm seeing then now on a phone screen, so...
