You find vacuum leaks same as a car. Spray whatever you normally use around the carbs. If cables are good, you have lean hang and prolly from cracked/split boot, hose or a loose clamp.

A +2. If carb boots weren't replaced, they get hard and less flexible at carb mounting location, which transfer to a likely vacuum leak.

Haha yeah that was my bad, That thread was the beginning of the issue when the coolant hose exploded on me before the carb pull that surprisingly carried on after the carb pull and into current issues. This one is post carb pull.

As of yet not much change. This last week was getting the forks done, have had the time or the chance to chase down the throttle cable issue or vac whichever it is
