My ride to tentSToc has me crossing Nevada and Utah on US 6, and 40 from Flaming gorge, Vernal area, any suggestions on good or bad things to see or do? I have a friend in Jensen just outside of Vernal, may stop and say yo for a bit. :biker:

Took this route on 17 May. Ride's great but there were a lot of campers and trailors out, average speed around 35 from the gorge to vernal. Temp was pretty low in areas (for May).

You can check out the Northern Nevada Railway Museum in Ely, NV, home of the Ghost Train.

Make sure that you gas up in Tonopah. IIRC, there's not much between Tonopah and Ely, longggg stretch of empty hiway, much of it open range. One plus is you can really let the STeed stretch its legs through there.
