Easiest, but not a true sync, as that involves any re-adjustment of fuel mixtures, which changes vaccum, which changes sync. That's the reason sync is CORRECTLY done with ALL intake components in place...........and any Honda tech. worth their salt will say the same thing.......as per Honda reccomendations. I would imagine the Flowmeter will surfice if carbs wern't partially dissasembled and all those settings were originally done using mercury stixs, and no mixture changes were needed........basicly a 'quickie' for checking throttle plates being set the same on all four carbs without any other fine tuning involved.Get or borrow an SK Flowmeter. Easiest way to sinch the carbs.
