Hello all I have an 3 st1300 ex police bikes one day all three bike were parked under the shed of the funeral home (I use them to escort services) unbeknownst to me an employee left all three bike running which cause the one nearest the wall to run a little hot, it didn't overheat just 4 or 5 bars so I'm told. However I was told the rider rode it until it shut off which meant it ran super hot. The bike was allowed to cool down but from then on ran all the way up to hot but never over headed from my understanding. When I got back in town I drained the coolant that was left in it then I refilled with new coolant bled the system and boom for three days of riding everything ran fine no more than 3 marks on the Temp gauge. On day four it starts going up until it's flashing I shut it down. Now I do all kinds of tests, compression test shows left side is stronger than the right however no coolant is mixing with the oil, and I just can't stop this thing from running hot and suggestions

Joe may well be correct. Some other options (see Honda's list for completeness):
Radiator cap may not be holding pressure; replacements are cheap. No pressure = localised boiling = overheating.
Given the overheat happened at a standstill the fans may not be operating; you could jumper the relay to test the fans.

The fans are working, and my mechanic said he checked the thermostat I will see about the radiator cap but the coolant is also disappearing somewhere and it's not thru the resivour

Remembered when I had my water pump replaced on my old car. Mechanic also replaced thermostat. He said whenever your car over heats the wax valve in the thermostat gets damaged.

Checked the stat? In order to do this, he would have had to go in there, pull it out, put it in a pot with a thermometer, and start heating. Wouldn't it have been faster and covered all bets to simply replace the stat? Maybe even cheaper. Or does he know some way of testing these things we don't know about?

Burning coolant has a distinctive smell and makes the exhaust white. If you are not losing it through the reservoir, it is either leaking from a hose, the water pump, or thru a blown head gasket - assuming you've checked the radiator/cap. I'd park it on a clean surface (cardboard or newspaper serves in a pinch), and start it up and let it idle for half an hour and keep looking under the bike.
