I have to work out delivery credit union financing.
The best thing about buying at the beginning of winter is I got a GREAT deal. The worst is it is starting to get COLD. So waxing and polishing every inch of the bike will have to suffice. Thought I would do brake and clutch fluid and oil and filter befor putting away for hibernation.

Congrats. Nice to have a low miles ST. I'm still looking for #3 with no miles on it for a great price. Just one of those things where I can say all the miles on the clock are mine.

You know pictures are sort of mandatory here so we all can enjoy it. :)

Congrats on the purchase!

+1!

Changing fluids adding Sea Foam blah blah is fine and all but really put that down time to good use... It's FARKLE TIME! Cup holder... LED mirror lights... flashing brake light... audible horn... M249... SOMETHING man!

I am far past the age of considering riding a bike from Kansas City to near Gettysburg in December so Haul Bikes it will be. I will be getting a trunk, probably a Shad SH50 and I thing the Brake Away throttle lock. I have a a bunch of different seats but considering a Russel for this one, it will be heated. Oh and also an Aeroflow shield. Had one on a Kaw Concourse and it was the best thing on the bike.

Congrats on your purchase. I bought my 2012 with about 3000 miles on it, in 2013. I bought it at a dealer about 500 miles from home. They were surprised when I told them I'd be home by that night. I put on 64,000 miles and it's still going strong.

where in kc did you buy the bike?

Congratulations on the find, and on making the deal happen.

Come spring drop me a line and we can meet up somewhere; I often ride up to Thurmont, Emmitsburg, and sometimes cross into the Keystone State as well. Not to mention the annual RTEs at Forksville and Skeeters BBQ.

I might even move the PA and MD tags to within convenient reach. :) We can use more players.

I have a Shad case I believe is a SH50 that is just sitting around if you want one on the cheap. I think it's silver. PM me if interested.

Congrats on the 2012.
There is a pretty low mileage 2007 sitting at my local dealer but I think they are asking to much for it. It had just been traded in a couple months ago when I got the 919 inspected, it was still there yesterday when I go the 2004 inspected.
I considered it but for the price point I think I would want a newer model.

Enjoy!

bought off cycle trader, M&M in KC, MO

If you need any help with the logistics in kc area I can help . I know what its like . I did a fly and ride from Maryland to KS. In Nov. 2011
