I am having trouble getting my hands on a Shoei Multitech - XL in the silver color.

I paid my dealer in full for one, only to have it backordered twice.

Anyone else experienced trouble in getting one?

I currently have a HJC CL Max and I find it to be unpleasantly noisy!!! I am trying to decide if I should go to the Shoei Multitech or a Shoei full-face conventional helmet. I like the idea and convenience of the modular helmet but need something much quieter. Can anyone comment on the Shoei Multitech relative to the HJC CL Max from the perspective of noise? Should I just go to a conventional full face?
