The start of a day of riding the hills, valleys and shorelines of the Connaigre Pennisula. This is on the optional week 3 of the Rolling ROCKSToc.
Thanks for coming along for the ride... there is one heckuva lot of great scenery here. Even I sometimes forget.Wonderful scenery and great videography and commentary. Thanks for the ride along.
Thanks Pete... Noraly is extra good. I think her channel is the gold standard for motorcycle travel vlogs. I don't travel to quite as exotic locations but Newfoundland is it's own special kind of exotic. Can't wait to shed 10-15 Covid pounds before next summer and start wearig the kilt again while camping. Click bait for sure.Jim is not as pretty as Noraly of Itchy Boots fame <sorry Jim> but his content is just as good!
I tried that….even wearing the kilt whilst riding…my numbers went up marginally. I failed at click bait!start wearig the kilt again while camping. Click bait for sure.

The Rock is on my bucket list. I’ve only visited by air a couple of times and the folks there are the nicest around. Hope to get there soon. Your videos are warming things up.Thanks for coming along for the ride... there is one heckuva lot of great scenery here. Even I sometimes forget.
We've been getting the high winds here in the Bay of Islands but are slightly north of the real rain event. Oh, we're going to get a lot but not like the Port aux Basque area. Ferries are tied up til at least Thursday.Jim, are you at any risk from the heavy storm that is forecast for Newfoundland this week?
CBC News: 'Unprecedented' storm moves over southwestern Newfoundland

I was in the Queen's University Band when I was a boy and I was once stopped and asked by a lady Kingston Police Officer to sit ON the front side of kilt while riding my Suzuki GS850G.
Apparently, my garment had flown up a few times in traffic and cause some "excitement" among passers-by and folks in cars headed down the same street as me.
Who knew?

Good thing you weren't going "commando" on a Norton Commando then!I was in the Queen's University Band when I was a boy and I was once stopped and asked by a lady Kingston Police Officer to sit ON the front side of kilt while riding my Suzuki GS850G.

Luckily we have at least one major brewery, and lots of great craft breweries on the island on the right side of the break in the TCH.Maybe we could get the military to fly in some beer
