You were rolling "north" on BRP around 3:10 PM, 2 up on a white ST1300 near mile marker 258. I was rolling south on red BMW RT.

Anyone on the forum????

If it was yesterday it was probably me and the wife. Did some camping over the past few days on the BRP and a nice ride down near Linville and the Linn Cove viaduct on Wednesday.
Were you riding with a Goldwing and another BMW?

No - running alone. I had camped at Willville Campground in Meadows of Dan, VA night before.
We were returning to Doughton Park, we had camped there for 2 nights. I like that section of the BRP, not much traffic and the road surface around there is rougher than some other areas. Provides good feedback when really leaning into a curve.
Good dry weather and cool temps made for a good ride and trip overall.

Glad y'all had a good run!

In all the years on the site, I do believe this is the first 'siting' connection I've made. Ha!

There are times I enjoy the pace of BRP. Laid back, low stress - good therapy for me. As you said, temps were really nice up there yesterday.

When I took this one, I sent to a couple of friends and said, "Can't say I'm hating this right now..."
