st1300 Delkevic exhaust

Gentlemen should I purchase the 14" stubby or the 18" cans?

Don't know I have the 18" they fit the bike.
14" would be kinda funny looking imo.
Maybe there's an advantage I don't know about.could not imagine it being much lighter.
Might they be louder?

Mostly depends on which look you like. 14" will be just a little louder.
Get what looks best to you.

Get the 18" cans... They come right to the end of your side cases. 14" would look goofy...

I have the long ones and find them a bit too loud but I would not go back to the OEM. As for the length, I agree with others; would look funny.

I like the way the stubbys look. They tuck under the bags real nice. I like the sound of them without the baffels, throaty but not too loud. You can really tone them down with them in. Check my gallery (1 pic)

I like the stubby looks myself. I think it improves the look of the exhaust system. I would like to see them in stainless to compare to yours.
How do you like your Corbin Smuggler trunk? I have one and find it very useful. Does not work for a back rest but the compartment storage is nice.
