Changer... Tire Changer
$65 out of pocket. You are only about $20 short of buying the HF unit.
When I added up the amount of money I would spend for mounting up my (only have one) bike tires and the trailer tires. Maybe do my own car tires in the future... A HF tire changer quickly paid for itself.
You have to remember that the $5 disposal fee is mandatory and close to 10% of that total was WA STate sales tax. Plus they use a technical balancer that I will never own. I don't and won't use balance beads.
It's worth it to me for the time and effort, plus if the tire or mounting is bad for any reason......I can chew on them to fix it. In my younger days when $ were tight I was up for spending lots of time to save a couple bucks. Now time is my most valuable resource.
Thanks for all the good ideas on tpms....
