I'm a new ST owner and so far its been great, It has been an adjustment from my old Wing and my V-twin previously. In a good way. However I have a dumb question. Risers, The ones that come with the ST OE Honda are a set height? say 0" lift up? What determines the replacement lift are MCL or Tour Performance all the same lift? Do any lean them back or inward and how do I tell? sure would make it a bit more comfortable if I could lift and pull them back a bit. I see the custom bars for big money, and I would do that if I was a LD rider. This ride just gets some weekend rides and hopefully a long get away next year. Confused. Please help me out.

That's awesome, just what I was looking for. The amazon Link I posted, those are the GenMar police risers that you refer to? Thanks again.

Yes, would assume so. I see that the seller name is GenMarRiser.

PS I have a Heli bar Gen2 at home, sitting. If you are interested in something used...

I just put the Helibar Gen 3 risers on my ST and love them. It places the bars where the factory should have put them in the first place. They come in 3 options, standard, with a ram ball mount, and with a ram ball mount and a power port. That is the smaller port not like the old cig lighter one. I took option 2 and put a power port on separately.

The Gen III Helibar riser is the first serious farkle I installed on my ST. I think it's the Pilot model with RAM ball and Powerlet or 'BMW' power port. It made the ST a great fit for me (though it's still a bit tall).

Went for a ride today and was examining the triple tree a little closer, looking at the cables and how tight they are. Turns out My bike already has a set of 1 inch risers on it. What threw me was the OE Honda cover bolted between them. So thanks for the input.
