Now that I've owned the Silver Streaker for a few thousand miles, I want to keep her as my main bike for many years to come. I've decided I'd like to alter my seating position a tad by being able to sit a bit more back and upright. The Corbin Canyon seat is a nice upgrade, but all it really does is mimic the stock seating position while heating my butt nicely. Sometimes too nicely.
Experimenting on seating position the last few rides gave me the revelation that, if the handlebars were about 1-1/2 inches closer to me I would be in ergonomic nirvana. I already have a riser on the stock bars and I really like the height they are at.
Does anyone have experience with these bars? Are there other options out there that can do what these do? I'm a furniture builder, not a greasy monkey so the work will be done at my local shop.
Thanks for looking!
