John so very sorry to hear that Janis passed I never met her but having spent a couple of days with you felt I knew her. My condolences to you.

Janis' obituary and funeral arrangements can be found at following link.

EDIT: Uncle Phil will be handling the service. I would request that anyone that can attend the service on Sunday, please step up to say a few words about Janis. It's going to be an informal service, so speak up, if possible. Janis would have liked that.

Today would have marked Janis's 70th birthday. She always remarked that age was just a number that didn't have much importance, just as long as you still felt young. She and I had both agreed that we were never going to grow up, so "Getting Old" was never an option for us. Here is one of her last posts to Facebook, only moments before she passed. She never realized just how true it was.
