That is Otay Lake from Otay Mtn but this would be only for Extra Credit or a beer/coffee! I live just to the west of the lake.
wow, not even close. Now that I look very closely at the photograph I can see what appears to be Point Loma in the distance, which would have clued me in that you were southeast of the city had I looked more closely. In the original tag photo the antennas at the top of the mountain looked similar to Mt Woodson, so that's how I got fixated on that location.
Better shot here. You can barely see the Dam (old tag) in the middle between the screen and mirror on far right fork of the Lake. Actually it dams the Upper Otay Lakes.

The antennas you mentioned are on top of Mt San Miguel, which is just to the right of my mirror. Lots of local TV folks have relays up there.

If you check my SPOT, it will give a hint as to where the new tag is. I don't know why it only gave one hit, but at least it gave one. I went out and back on this special road and it has been a long time since I've run it, so it was nice to finally do it again.
