Going back 10-15 years I would watch Craigslist and garage sales for Honda scooters. I would fiddle around with it to get it running and sell it for the next one. I didn’t do it for the money I just liked little Honda singles as they reminded me of my first - a 1970 Honda MiniTrail. I bought a 1986 Elite 80 in 2010 or 2011 and saw it as the one worth keeping. I wanted a 150 or 250 but settled on the 80. I ride it about once a month these days.

I had one of these. I loved it. It rode on the front hitch of my Excursion While I towed a 33' TT. Here is a pic of mine at Key West with my wife.

The hide-away headlight was so cool. IGN On and it snapped up. IGN Off and it snapped shut. The first version was 125cc followed by a 150. Someone was going to give me the 125 but I had zero room for it. But it was a fun scoot.
