2001 Honda ST1100 ABS
For sale is a 2001 Honda ST1100 ABS.
At the time of this writing (Spring 2025), it has 18,492 miles. I bought this from a friend. It had been sitting for a few years, but fuel stabilizer had been used. The tank is perfect. It needed a battery and a good cleaning, and got a full brake fluid flush, clutch fluid flush, oil change, coolant change, new tires (Dunlop RoadSmart III), and so on. I think I replaced the air cleaner, too.
I don't need to sell this, but I already have too many bikes and not enough time to ride them as it is. (Also for sale are my 1975 and 1977 'Classic' Goldwings).
It is in remarkably good condition and has a custom Two Brothers exhaust with a professionally fabricated baffle system. It's not too loud and helps the mileage. The stock exhaust comes with and it's in excellent condition. Tires have 1,500 to 2,000 miles on them.
A comprehensive listing of all known defects follows:
- The seat (a Corbin with backrest) has a small tear in it
- The left main fairing, just below the 'ST1100' logo, has a mild scuff. Could probably buff out.
- The left mirror has a crack and good scrape; garage incident. Definitely will not buff out.
It starts instantly and runs beautifully. I have not customized this bike (other than a windshield flip-up thing, which works really well to reduce buffeting).
Always stored with fuel preservative (Seafoam!), and lovingly cared for. Most years stored (including last year) in a temperature- and humidity-controlled environment.
