I'm thinking about buying a side hack. What does everyone think about the ATGATT level for the passenger in the side car. I'm thinking coconut only.

ATGATT is like insurance... not needed till it's needed. I'd still lean towards better than the average jeans, tee shirts, etc... Simple good jacket and gloves at the very least even for the sidecar. They flip now and then too!

My thought is on a bike nearly every accident has the high probability of both rider and passenger sliding across the pavement. I'm not thinking this is the case on a side hack.
I can't see how wearing gear would hurt but I can see how it might hurt not to wear it. Seem's like an easy decision to me.
After you flip the hack and dump your passenger out, it would be the case
ATGATT...it's only a hassle 'til you need it. If you don't wanna wear it, don't...but don't ask unless you wanna hear the truth. There are two kinds of folks who don't go ATGATT..those who don't understand simple physics, and those who understand, and choose to ignore it.
