Started my Darkside with a used 205/50zr17 Kumho solus performand all-season Z-rated from a buddies garage. Felt like a C/T. Even aired up it left a rub mark on my swing arm.
1-Ordered a 205/50zr17 BF Goodrich G-Force T/A KDW
2-Installed
3-Rode
4-:run1:
No rubbing, and handles AWSOME. I can only notice that I'm on a C/T at parking lot speeds. Handles like a motorcycle tire and feels like one.
Got the tire from Discount tire.com 148$ shipped. 93Y 300 AA A
Very Good Solid Option for handling and feels solid compared to the Kumho which felt awkward and at points unstable and uncomfortable.

That is one mean looking Tire -- real interested on how it performs in the rain, cornering, and tread wear.

Well the cornering was AWSOME. Took the bike on a clover style off ramp and had the bike leaned over like i did with moto tires. Two of the pics show the edges from cornering. From my time as a rubber sales man, this tires was known for wet traction among ultra high performance tires.

These are awesome tires, at least on my Lexus IS anyway, they get pretty noisy after a few K miles though.
