Not a connector, but a weather/water-proof cap for the female connector on a heated gear power cable. Correct, Dean?

Dean - I have had some luck using tire valve stem caps.
There are a zillion rubber plugs on Amazon, but none have a tether like your pic. How about using a foam ear plug and throw it away after several uses. I put a short piece of electrical tape over the end of my heated gear female connector during late spring and summer. Otherwise I don't bother with a cover at all. I try to position it pointing downward.
