I saw these DIY? Highway Pegs on an ST1300 posted on Facebook Marketplace.
They look like Kuryakyn Pegs with a custom mounting bar attached to the tip over bars.
That’s all I know about them. If anyone has seen these or something similar it may help those
looking for an alternative to MCL Tipover Wings, which seem to be currently non-existent (for all practical purposes).

These very inexpensive highway pegs have served me well for about 15K miles to date. The only thing I had to do is create a bushing to reduce the clamp size, which I did with pvc pipe inside the clamp, and trim the covers on the tipover bars to accomodate them. If I can do this anyone can!

Yes, got them on Amazon. Here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018232NBK?ref_=ppx_hzod_title_mob_b_fed_asin_title_0_0.
Very inexpensive, but they have held up well. Attached them to the tip over bars after trimming the bars plastic covers to accommodate them. Created bushings with pvc pipe to go inside the mounting brackets to reduce their size and mount firmly to the 7/8" (I believe) tubing. Let me know if you need more info.
