This was a GREAT tag! I knew I'd seen this one but got thrown off by the excellent photo. I was pretty sure I knew where it was, but . . . rode by it several times before "seeing" it finally.

So, for your riding enjoyment, here's a new spot.

Shuey - Thanks for the offer but I didn't know when/if I would get by to move this tag this weekend. Hope this is still considered the "Western" Florida tag but here goes.

I resisted going in to try the food, heading on down to Mexico Beach instead for lunch. Nice location - had to work a little to find it in Panama City Beach after looking all around Destin where I JUST KNEW it was! Good job Jeff.

New one shouldn't be tough at all and if you don't know the area be sure to take Rock Creek Road either on the way there or after leaving there. You'll like it.

FL-Western: Tag (2011)

With everyone up North bemoaning inadequate riding weather, it seemed criminal to have another . . . boring . . . horizon-to-horizon blue sky day that went into the 70s and not ride.

So, this tag has sat long enough, maybe tying it in to my favorite "local" BBQ will bring someone out, and . . . let me know when you're going and maybe I can join you!

I delayed to get a good "new" tag and time slipped away from me, but . . . I still didn't get "Bruced!" Happy days.

It appears rglgatortail messed up and the tag is still the watertower/sign. So it's been moved by me again per the time limit rule (from thread sticky: 8 - New Rule - After 6 months, the tag can be moved by anyone.). Old tag was Paxton Fl. New tag is at the Pensacola airport entrance.

Well I guess things have changed in almost a year's time. Old tag the pump house. new tag the chopper which "flies" real close to downtown Pensacola nowdays.
