• A to Z Rules
Start with a City beginning with A
    1. This is BY STATE
    2. Similar to the Tag contest, there will be one thread per state
    3. Post a picture of your bike AND some sign, building etc which clearly shows the city/state you're in
    4. The next person posts from a city with the name beginning with B, then C, D, etc
    5. You can't posts back-to-back pics, you have to wait for a person to post the next city
    6. Once Z is reached, the game starts over with A
    7. If your state doesn't have a city beginning with the next letter in sequence, it's okay to skip that letter
    8. If the location sits for more than one month, the person that posted that is open to move it to the next letter.Previously Rule 8
    9. For some States there are tough letters to find such as Q, W, X, Y, Z - in those cases it is acceptable to find anything with those letters in the name to keep the game moving.

The World Wide game is a bit different as it is by whatever is considered a geographic type of regional category, state/province/village etc. and all those will be in the single World Wide A-Z topic.

GA: A to Z (Round 2)

Just FYI.... all the maps and online databases indicate that the only town in Georgia that starts with a Q is QUITMAN way down in the southwest corner of the state.

And Skipcurt found a little store from a community named "Quill" near Ellijay back in the fall of 2018.

ONE MORE OPTION- today (an hour ago)
I rode by a sign, a government placed official highway sign, that said I was passing Quillian's Corner, Georgia.

It's just south if Cleveland, GA, possibly inside the Cleveland city limits.

This area is in what is now WHITE County, but it may date back to a time when the same ground was considered part of Habersham County before the Civil War.

I was part of an eight vehicle group ride and I could not pull over or get out my phone camera.

I'll come back another day for this unless somebody else gets the "Q" town -city -community in Georgia first.

Edited to add: I went back up all the way to Cleveland today and I did not see that sign announcing Quillian's Corner (??)

I went through town northbound turned around came back south looking carefully (or at least as carefully as I could with a bike that was giving me engine trouble and wanting to stall and having very little power when I let out the clutch .)

I did see a Quillian Road, I saw a John Quillian Memorial Highway, and even a restaurant named Quillian's.
I got a picture of that.

Suches, Georgia !
An unincorporated community well known to motorcyclists because it is at the intersection of two of the most twisty mountain roads in Georgia, and there’s a motorcycle resort / campsite and restaurant here called
“Two Wheels of Suches” (TWoS.)
