Garmin Zumo 550 Power Lead Screws

A friend of mine has lost the two small screws that hold the power lead secure into the Zumo mount.

Does anyone know what size these are as I am trying to source replacements for him?

I switch my 550 mount between three bikes. I used to religiously "screw" but for the last couple of years I just push in the lead and never a problem including off roading work. Those screws are tiny and not sure if they have the same metric sizing measurment as the bigger metric ones..

The plug can't back out the Zumo mounted, so I would guess their use is optional?

Well I suppose you are right but his concern is water ingress into the socket. I have removed one of the screws from the head of my unit and am going to take it to a shop that deals with remote control models, they should be able to help me out.

I smeared a gob of dielectric grease around and into the connector for water protection.

For anyone that is interested I managed to source replacement screws, they are M2 x 4 and these fit perfectly. On the down side I had to buy the minimum of 30 so if anyone ot there needs a couple to replace missing drop me a PM and I will post a couple to you for free.
