I just got the Held Sprint glove on closeout at New Enough (another dollar for STOC). Looks like an excellent glove. Comfortable and protective.

Snug pulling them on, but once on, the hand portion feels very good and probably sized correctly.
Thumbs however are long, about a half inch too long. Middle two fingers pretty good. Other two somewhere in between. In doing a little searching, it seems these gloves may have come in both a short finger and a long finger version? Not mentioned at New Enough.

Despite the excellent closeout pricing, wondering if folks here would be bothered by some fingers having too much material on the ends on expensive gloves. I?m liking them but am concerned those thumbs might bug me, but geez they?re nice otherwise.

Every glove is long for my right hand middle finger. It's a little short.:D
Seriously, I never notice it. If the thumbs don't bug you too much now, I can put up with a flaw or two if the price is right. Is that the defination of cheap?

I called Held and they said to turn the thumbs inside out and just put another seam on the end, shortening them a little. It was interesting Gradually getting that finger inside out, but looks like an easy fix. Gotta ride with them a bit to figure out exactly what needs to be shortened. So far seem like great gloves otherwise. They better be!
