haynes repair manual

2012 ST1300
looking for a shop manual and came across this Haynes manual on Amazon. I have a 2012 ABS...anything special about that year that would not make this manual useful?

Honda ST1300/ST1300A 2002-2011 Repair Manual
 
Unless Haynes upped its game with the 1300 manual, the consensus for 1100 owners is that the Honda manual is best, followed by Clymer, then Haynes in last place.

thanks for that timely info. The shop manual from Honda was north of $100 and not available so I thought maybe...never been a big Haynes fan myself, so that's about right.

thank you for that. I remember seeing an owners manual on the forum from a member, but have not found it so far. Had a software issue that prevented download when I did see it last. Any suggestions for how to narrow the search down here?
 
Do a search on Ebay, and save it as a favorite search. When items come up for sale, you will get an email. You can also hang out on this website, but finding a manual here will be chancy. As @fnmag said, they go fast.
 
I have both the Honda and the Haynes. Both have their uses, and I always cross check. For instance, if you check the Honda manual you'll find it takes better part of a day to do the thermostat replacement from top down, or go from the front, 2 hours.
