Warning, PSA ahead...
I've had a pair of Gerbing T5 heated gloves for about 5 years, and I use them a lot, almost daily during cool/cold weather. One finally quit on me and there was no obvious break. I sent them to Heated Clothing RX for repair. They said they would inspect them and if the microwire was at fault, they'd be replaced under warranty. If it was the connector/wire, it would be repaired at my cost. Turns out it was the connector/wire, so they replaced that on each glove. I was surprised at the cost... $30 total, including shipping... $11/glove plus $8 shipping! Their work looks solid, the turn around time was good and the price was more than reasonable, thus this thread. Overall 5 stars. Now, back to your regularly scheduled program.
