Heated Corbin Seat Hook up "HELP"

stfreak

Trying to wire a Corbin Heat Seat to an 07 ST1300. Seat only had the female connection on it. I purchased a waterproof connector with an in line fuse.
Now I need help hooking it up to an accessery so that the seat will only work when the key is on. Does someone have a link to help me with this. Thanks ahead for any help.

Installation instructions are linked from this Corbin page:

My seat came with a wiring y-adaptor that plugged into a fuze position on the ST1300 and the original wire there plugged into that and there is a wire for the seat that has an inline fuse in the lead to the seat.

+1 on installing a acc fuse panel. That way all your future mods will be triggered by the key in the on or acc position. The seat would drain a batter pretty quickly.

If you need info on the seat itself PM me I can take some pictures.

Corbin Seat- I just had a heated Corbin in stalled on my 2010 St- The mechanic said there are no connections, the conncetion points had to be "fused" together
