HELP - Left/Right Turn Signals Stays On

I noticed that my turn signals were not blinking. The lights just stay on. All of the bulbs are good. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Anything that affects both sides equally must be at or before the turn-signal switch, electrically speaking.

Welcome to the forum from Cornwall UK! Could be either the flasher relay or a bad earth point which may be corroded or a "dry" joint. cleaning and a dab of copper grease should sort it if it's the earth.
