After dropping my ST last fall in Arkansas due to uneven ground and having the seat in the highest position, 2nd time in 4 years, we decided I've been lucky so far and next time I might really hurt myself. Just turning 70 it takes longer to heal.... hate to give it up. I've got about 55k miles in the last 6 years on this thing alone. I would say the ST is a GREAT long range touring machine and I will miss it. This Group is phenomenal with all it's info sharing. Larry... aka IGOFAR is an Angel looking out for all of us! He helped me twice and his knowledge and willingness to help is unmatched.
Yea, some will laugh but I wasn't ready to give it up so I just added a wheel...
it's NOT the same but better than being stuck in the Cage... AND closer to the ground if I fall off!
