I'd think that lifting that car in the Japanese company's website is going to be a bit tougher than lifting a Harley. Maybe a Sumo wrestler is using the device there.

Well there's another video with a girl making it look pretty easy:
But even in that video they put a couple tiles of smooth material covering over their showroom floor to prevent damage. Maybe something like roller blade wheels vs metal could be incorporated, it's just a lever device. I don't really like pulling against the kickstand to move it left though. I'll stick with my current parking arrangement.

Yeah, replace those metal wheels with some wider softer skateboare wheels! Not sure what that single wheel under her foot is? Doesn't look to be caster.

Yuck, that's one putting scratches on floor. Lots of pressure on that tiny rounded spot!

The woman is lifting a lighter H-D. Maybe she can right an ST1300 with a full tank. I'd sooner put the bike on one of those center stand dollies. Put the back tire on a board to then place the dolly under the stand and deploy. Yes there's some fine tuning and possibly accessorizing to make it work. But I'd rather do that then the gizzy in the OP or a more expensive dolly.
