Thanks guys for the advice. It has felt better today than it has in a week.
I'm taking it easy and taking the ibuprofen. About a year ago, I put the bike on the centerstand with a pair of flip-flops on and it bruised the bottom of my foot. Just like this time it took a while to figure out what I had done.
I feel like a whimpy boy not being able to use the stand without screwing something up. Maybe I'm just to old for the beast...........
