Knock sensor connector

I have a damaged connector on my right knock sensor. Does anyone know the part number for a Honda car that uses the same connector?
I cannot answer your question directly. However, someone on this forum had posted a link to a source that looks nearly identical to the knock sensor connector. The part no. Female HX090-1 using the following link: https://www.cycleterminal.com/hx-090.html.

A couple more options that others have posted on here before. I have not had the need to replace one so I have no direct knowledge of either other than that the posters stated that they worked.

- Search for P/N 30531-P8F-A00. This is a Honda automobile knock sensor harness sub-assembly. It comes with the wire and the protective sheath.
- Search for P/N 30530-P5M-013, brand is Godaca. This is the Honda knock sensor connector available with or without the wire. It does not have the protective sheath.

The first option is a better choice if the original wiring has been damaged or the insulation has been melted as it comes with a short section of new wire. It is possible that the connector on the end that connects to the ST1300 wiring harness may have to be cut off and replaced or the wires soldered together. I can not remember if the poster stated that these connectors were different or not but that is a minor issue. If the original wiring is still in good condition than just replacing the connector is sufficient.

The first is available from any Honda automotive dealer. Both can be found at many online vendors including Amazon.

This just happened to me while chasing “26”. The tab snapped right off with the slightest pressure while trying to remove it. I looped a short length of safety wire thru the “cage” that surrounds the sensor, then wrapped around the top of the connector.
Was feeling pretty good about the whole thing until it threw the code again. Welp, at least the connector is seated. 87D1A184-BAFA-4FE7-9283-ECBF1DC770FE.jpeg

That could indicate an ECU failure. Can you switch the two sensors to see if you change your 26 code to a 25? If swapping the sensors changes nothing, then its likely the ECU. The ecu failure is more likely with 2007 and earlier ST1300s.

Understood.
Replaced the sensor to rule that out.
