Good morning everyone

Wow, we've got two months of the year already in the books. Somehow it seems like we're still just getting started. Let's celebrate with some coffee, shall we? It's Mayorga brand, Colombian dark roast that I just ground a couple days ago.

It's 33°F and clear in Rockville, and nearly dead calm. Sunny with a high of 63 is expected.

You know what that means; yep, I've got a goof tee time for later this morning. There may still be traces of snow under trees and in shadier spots but that won't stop me. If I hit into the snow I'll build a small cone of it and use it as a tee. Winter rules, you know.

We enjoyed last night's Masters of Hawai'ian Music concert, featuring Ledward Ka'apana, "Uncle George" Kahumoku Jr., and Sonny Lim. I asked Uncle George who his nephews and nieces are, and he answered "Everyone else."

My brother is a huge fan of Ledward, and a while back sent me a photo of the two of them after a concert in Scottsdale, AZ. I printed the photo and had Led sign it last night. I'll get it matted and them make a frame for it, as a surprise gift for my brother when he comes to visit at the beginning of April.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Good morning, and thanks for the coffee start, Keith.

It's pretty clear and 17f in MA this morning, rising to 49f, later.
Since we're heading his way, I'll take note of Martin's weather.

Packing for our trip is mostly done, I've just got to count a few items and add an everyday-use article or two.

We'll meet up this afternoon with some of the group at the tour leader's house for a van ride to the airport. We should be departing around 10:00pm.

Enjoy the day,
Steve

Good morning all!
Thanks for the early startup, Keith!

I’m headed out to a charity breakfast in a wee bit.
My pal & I delivered my pontoon boat to the mechanic yesterday, (I found it too difficult to work on the motor from the flimsy stepladder.) My pals mechanic, is much faster than I’ll ever be anymore!
I’m thinking, I’d sooner hang out with my cronies, than get all greasy these days.
I know!
I’ve heard from a certain fellow from “jolly ole!”
He sent me a Pfffft & just so you don’t feel left out, I’ll share it with you!
Pffft!
Presently 67/81F later on!
That’s 20/27C for all my fellow Canucks.
Enjoy your day!

Hi guys, good morning!
Thanks for coffee Keith. I prefer a medium roast.. as for brand that’s easy… BOGO!!

I am going to take it easy today, 57f at the moment, overcast, wetish today, good day to let the planet breathe, and I think it’s about bellyache abit.

Take care, God bless!!

Thx Keith!

5˚c/41f , sunny, 15mph wind from northwest, a bit chilly but not the canadian way.

Been for a walk uphill.
Now to fix small stuff, like stuck blinders on a guestroom etc etc.

Mrs Stu is with her mom and siblings doing prefuneral stuff I guess.

Still no drinks for me, but I’d love one…

@steve3b3 Safe travels Steve, enjoy!!

Have a good one!
Stu

Morning all and thanks Keith for the coffee.

-8 headed to +5. Sunny too. Wow is the word that comes to mind. It might not last, but it's a win at this point. I've ridden my bike in colder than this, but sadly won't be riding today.

@steve3b3 hope you guys have a great trip!

As for me, there's some electrical work in my future. AS the new back splash is dark metal, the white plugs contrast (I'm told) so everything is being swapped out for black. There was one specialty receptacle that is a switch on the top and single outlet on the bottom, and to get that in black was $24. Now I know why they sell conduit lube....

Hope everyone has a great day!

Obo.

Good morning, all, and mahalo for the coffee, Keith!

Yep, it's raining. On the last day of February. It's grey and dismal and soggy out there. Pffffttt. Mild, though; it's currently 3°C/37°F with a feels-like of -2°C/28°F and we'll see a high of 5°C/41°C with a feels-like of 0°C/32°F before the day is done. More flurries in the forecast for tonight, but so far, the forecast says there's only a 40% chance of that. Alas, we'll be back in a deep freeze by Monday. Hope it's true what they say about "in like a lion, out like a lamb."

@steve3b3: Have a wonderful trip, Steve and Brenda!
@Whisker Bill: Not good I'm afraid, can't make a fist with either hand. The yo-yo-ing temperatures and soggy weather don't help!

Everybody have a good one, stay safe and go safely.

Patty

G'mornin' from SoMD! It is (for once) a bright and sunny morning here and already 52F/11C. Reffing this morning so the coffee will be even more important, thank you Keith!

The prince got fed early so I could sleep in...he will come back to haunt me later. Princesses just needed to go out. Got the royals cared for and rolled back into bed for a few more hours. After my ref session, it'll probably be some garage time to exploit the warmth including fire up the ST to circulate the dino blood.

Wife is going to look at a horse to buy. She wanted me to come/drive but I had my reffing gig. Sorry, Hon. Eh, not much else to think of and time to get going. Feel better soon @Peppermint, and take care y'all!

Good Morning Y'all, thanks Keith, you know what for. Scattered clouds,4 C high 9 or in USA measure 39 high 48 F. Good weather for a ride this afternoon. Today agenda, search for new Tires for Lady, and see if I can fix the bike lift thingy, last time I tried to use it, wouldn't pick up the bike, and it has always leaked down, so always had to set it on the safety locks.
