How would you go about replacing this foam in the UK? I'm struggling to find the right search term and I've no idea what thickness it ought to be?

I bought this recently for exactly that purpose - fitting a second hand uk 1100 headlight to replace a european one. The low beam dipped the wrong way. The foam was in tatters. It needed this wider tape to cover the areas where the original had been, and the thickness turned out to be spot on. The link is taken from my order history.
