Hey guys. I've been riding for 30 some years but have never gone more than a day or two from home on a bike. I have always dreamed of a cross country trip on my bike, but I have Diabetes. I was wondering in any of you have the same problem and what do you do to keep your insulin cool while on a long haul. Also any other problems that I might be over looking. My sugar is under good control as long as I watch what I eat / test frequently / and take right dosage of insulin. But as you know if your a diabetic, in the middle of nowhere, and have problems with it you could be in BIG trouble.
