I am sure this should be somewhere else, but i am new and trying to figure this whole thing out. on another ST site, much was said re: ME 880's on rear. I was disappointed with 5K in dunlop and seeing metal cords showing through...Tried it, and loved it. Absolutely pleased with the result. However, what i dont know is...

Q: What is proper air pressure for rear ME 880 on my 04ST (dealership put in 40psi, but...)?

I always ran 42/42... didn't matter on the tire.

gotta run them at 42/42....much better tire life..under that and the tire is squirming all over the road..that causes excess heat which is a death blow to tires...can we say ford explorer from a few years ago?

I am on my third set of Metzlers and always follow what Mother Honda calls for, 42 PSI front and rear.

The Honda manual calls for 42 in the rear tire. The max pressure stated on the 880 is 42 as well. That is what I use and it has worked fine so far.
