Coffee isn't purely about gaining energy...
Its to adjust my patience settings... :coffee:

G'Day...

5°/18°C, mostly cloudy, haze, some wind...

Yes, you've read correctly, 18°C/64°F...
But significant temperature drops predicted for the night... rain, sleet, possible snow down to 400m/1300ft... 🌧️🌨️🌨️

double caffeinated I've found some will to live... ☕

Office, dull... emptying my Nescafé mug... ☕

For the afternoon we've the second episode "...and what may I be blamed for today..."-workshop scheduled... :cautious:

Yeah, uncertain times, economy sputtering, business/company not running smoothly, but causes are sought among the staff... 😖

However, we made it halfway through the week... 😎

Good morning everyone

Thanks for the cup, Martin. "Please sir, may I have some more?"

It's cloudy and 41°F in Rockville now, and may be mostly cloudy and 58 later. It's March, I'll take it.

We had the neighbors over for birthday cake and beverages yesterday evening, honoring the widow woman across the court who turned 88 yesterday. Good times.

Today starts (AFTER coffee and cat-feeding, of course; those happen in reverse order to how they're listed here, naturally.) with a trip to the periodontist to go through Part I of having a new molar installed where she removed the previous occupant of that space late last summer. What a joy that process will be.

Following that I'll attend the season-opening organizational meeting for this year's edition of Old Guy Golf, and then have lunch with a longtime friend. That's enough and more than enough excitement for one day so I'll spend the afternoon in idleness, most likely.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Morning all! Thanks Martin.

-1 here & dark, headed to +2 and sunny. The overnight snow just stopped, leaving for greasy roads. The plows weren't out sanding or salting, and it's like a bottle. I almost missed my highway on ramp as applying the brakes the ABS was working overtime while I kept sliding straight passed it. The highway drive in was at a much reduced speed with no passing. I watched a pickup truck fishtail multiple times including while it was trying to pass a transport truck on the highway. Definitely NOT bike weather.

Enjoy your day!

Obo.

Thanks Martin.
50s heading to the 70s, and the warming weather has me acclimated to the point where 53 seems cold to me now... but not that long ago, i was out here in sub-freezing temps.
Even if 53 "feels" chilly, I still prefer this more than the 20s. Brrrr!
And you sub-zero animals are a different breed of motorsickle rider. That's not for me.
Uh-uh!
No stories this time, no jokes, no cute quotes. But at least you can read this without scrolling, today.
Maybe more words next time, but no promises.

Good morning. Thanks Martin.

52/74 and partly cloudy. Can’t complain.

The only thing on the agenda is waiting for my alarm company to install a cellular phone to my security system. I dropped my home phone service, as the cost just kept going up. The new cellular dialer only adds $5 a month to my alarm monitoring, so I’m saving quite a bit by cutting all my cable services and switching to Starlink.

At my age, it’s a little mind boggling that I can communicate to my coffee maker through a satellite.

Mark, I believe your account has been hacked by an impersonator.

Good Morning Y'all, thanks Martin for the Start up, I enjoyed the Weather map and Coffee Meme. No plans for today, wet stuff forcast from 10 am to 3 pm, 8 C outside, high of 9 C According to the phone. Breakfast was Bacon ,Eggs, cheese on toast and COFFEE. Okay time for another cup of coffee. Y'all have a great day G

Morning Martin & All from sunny, Southern Utah!

The warm weather continues! Currently it is 63F, heading for 81F. No breeze yet, later the winds will be out of the SSW @18 to 29mph.

After a mostly failed trip to Home Depot, looking for a faucet for the greenhouse waterline, I put down some landscaping cloth and then dropped 7 or 8 tractor scoops of gravel on it and then decided that was enough for the day. So I'll trim the cloth and spread out the gravel. Then I can get back to the greenhouse. Little projects that have to be done in order! :well1:

Once Chris gets up, we'll have some breakfast. Pepsi(s) to be had later.

Anyone :dr13:, have a great day on the roads! :hat3:
