Anyone using a Noco battery maintainer?

I have their regular jump starter and I use it all the time. Interestingly enough never on my own vehicles... But it's been used dozens of times at work for various equipment and coworkers cars.

Anyways, just curious if anyone had experience with the tenders, as I'm looking to get a different tender anyways, and this unit has battery leads that allow the portable jump starters to hook up to, which is nice.

Exactly the model I'm using, quite versatile...
But it won't plug into the GB50, that requires charging via USB cord...

No, I'd have the leads connected for the maintainer, and be able to use the jump starter on the bike battery as well without having to access the battery terminals.

Although I may get a new jump starter as well, now that they've gone to USB C to charge it.

Have you used it on anything other than a motorcycle? I'm tempted to get the 10 amp just because, but I can save $30 with the 5A, and I'm not sure if I'd every really use it on anything besides my bike.

Have you tried recharging a dead car or deep cycle battery with it?

I have the Noco GB 20 jumper but haven't had to use it yet. Also got 2 of the Genius 1 maintainers and 2 of the the GC 007 cables for both my NC 750X DCT and my wife's Yamaha X Max 300 scooter since they are both "automatics" and can't be bump started. I haven't used the maintainer on mine but my wife's scooter has been plugged in since her last ride last fall.

I have the genius 2 it’s only 2amps tops less-at trickel. It’s ok for maintaining but will not kick start a flat NOCO battery. The higher amp rated ones do.

I have 2 Genius 1s that I rotate between two bikes, mower, and tractor. I have the Genius 5x1 which I believe is the waterproof (marine version) of the one you are asking about. It's mounted under the hood of my diesel pickup. I love them.

They are very highly thought of on the Goldwing forum.
