Power windshield replacement gears

Hi all,

I hope you are back in the saddle after what seemed like a way too long winter!

My windshield started acting up. Going up crooked, one side only, etc. I see posts that this is a bit common, and that it is possible to by replacement gears etc. Does anybody know where to buy these gears (Toronto, Ontario).

Would really appreciate any help.

Someone here offered replacement gears, as well as an entire rebuild kit. They may nit be available from Mother Honda any longer, not sure.
Might be in the Vendors forum?

I am not saying that you don't need a new gear and cables,,, but the crooked windshield is characteristic of broken sliders. Those are available from Bike-quip as well. I have a kit for mine,,, as I bought into the developement of these kits. Check it out,,, CAt',,, ps: I am from Ontario too

Short of buying a new assembly from Honda the below is your only alternative, and probably a better option.
