Recommend tall shield for ST1100

My buddy is 6'3" and the stock ws on his 1100 is to short. The wind currently hits him in the lower half of the face.

So, can anyone / does anyone use a ws about 4" or more taller that they recommend?

I have a Clearview XL which is about 8.5 inches taller than stock and I have a Corbin seat that keeps me quite low on the bike. I am 6' tall and have 1" bar risers and the wind goes just over the top of the helmet and I am looking over the top of the windshield. A slightly lower shield would probably work for your friend. Call Mark at Clearview for more expertise than I.

on the Clearview. Mine's a Large, I think. At 6'1" I look over it but have good wind protection.

I also have a Clearview. I am 6'1" and can look over the top as well. It is quite a bit taller than stock, but I don't know what size exactly. It works well and my pillion says she does not get a lot of wind buffeting. So it seems to be a good design.
