Just procured a nice 98 ST1100. Doesn't idle well or pull off idle well until about 3K then runs good. I'm thinking it needs a carb rebuild. Anyone recommend someone who is proficient with rebuilding and servicing V4 carbs?

Thanks, I'll give him a call. You have his number by any chance? How difficult was reinstallation of the carbs? How did the bike perform with carb service done?

Read through my thread I linked to for the removal/install details but overall, it was pretty easy, just a lot of steps. Billy did good work and the bike runs great.
