Good morning everyone

The Europeans appear to have slept in (as is their prerogative on a weekend) so I've got the French roast ready for you all.

It's a mild-ish 38°F in Rockville under calm, cloudy skies. Scattered light rain between 1000 and 1300 hours, and a high of 41 are what we have to look forward to.

Yesterday was gray and meh, a perfect day for doing absolutely nothing. Not one to waste such an opportunity, that's precisely what I did.

No idea whether I'll keep at it today, or find something (else) to do.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Good morning all, and thanks Keith for the coffee.

-8 here, which is better than the -20something it was last night. It'll pop up to 2 they say with rain showers, that might be some other form of precipitation as it so chooses. Guess it's sort of like a weather version of a surprise grab bag.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Good morning, and thanks for the coffee start, Keith.

We've got a light cover of snow on the deck, and it'll continue to snow off and on till around noon.
Temp is 26, going to 37.

Yesterday's meet-up with teh other grandparents went well.
They're relatively new to MA, and were out exploring. They'll be back when it's warmer, since much of the explorable stuff is better seen, then.
We'll also meet for lunch, again at some point.

As for today, I haven't any plans.
Brenda is defrosting a roast beef, so we'll have that with dinner.

Enjoy the day,
Steve

Thx Keith!
Up late, and then a long walk etc etc…

5˚c/41f, overcast, calm.

The battery in the boat was ok, so I guess there’s corrosion in a switch or something.

Was out to buy shrimp, but sold out everywhere ( 4 shops).
So sushi is on todays menu, when Mrs Stu returns from her dad, he’s doing kind of better.

And the christmas beer is on sale ( half price).

Have a good one!
Stu

Trout Lake still frozen….strange with the inverted footprints…..

Good Morning, awake at 6 am, Mind hamsters all night but worse pain full muscle cramps,in my hands, feet and right side of my neck. Have a physical appointment with Doctor Tuesday most talk to her about that. So far this morning no cramps, suspect a side effect of Dexamethasone. Still dark and foggy outside 35 F high of 47 clearing up in the afternoon. Last night tighten of Connections in Black and Decker coffee machine seem to have done some good, as it made coffee and keep the display on. Small grocery shopping this morning is all that's on the agenda. So Thanks Keith for coffee. Y'all stay alive and healthy G

G'day, all! Thanks for the coffee, Keith!

It's cold, blustery and snowy here today. -10°C/14°F with a feels-like of -18°C/0°F right now, -5°C/23°F with a windchill of -8°C/18°F later. I never did get out to shovel the balcony yesterday; that wind was just too raw and I couldn't be arsed. I may not be able to be arsed again today, we'll see how much comes down. I do have to venture out shortly to re-stock the cupboards and fridge for the week, so I'd best get me woolies on.

Everyone have a good one, stay safe and go safely.

Patty

Morning Keith & All from sunny, Southern Utah!

The weather pattern continues with a HIGH off the Kaliforniastan/Oregon coast, so none of that wet/white stuff is able to get to us.

Currently it is 40F, up from 23F and going to 47F. A slight breeze now, but later the winds will be out of the N @ 8 to 10mph.

I loaded up the weed killer and sprayed the weeds that have been out of control for the last couple of months. Other than that, not much else happening around here.

Chris is packing up for her Quilt Retreat next week. She'll leave sometime on Sunday, and be back, next Sunday. So no Adult Supervision for me, what could go wrong? :unsure-2x:

Cold Cereal with a banana to start the morning. Pepsi(s) will be had later.

Anyone :bk13:, have a great day on the roads! :hat3:
