I just wanted to give high praises to Scorpion Sports for their warranty service department. I have a EXO-1000 that is about 2 1/2 years or so. I got it when they first came out.
Both cheek pads "plastic attaching steams" had broken down in side the helmet and needed repaired. Also the visors rubber seal was coming loose and I ask them if I could get these repaired under warranty.
They instructed me to send it in and they will take care of it. No questions asked, no beating around the bush. Just mail it to us.
Two weeks later...I have a brand new exo 1000 on my front porch. How sweet is that??
It has been like christmas here, I sent my Garmin Zumo 550 off for repairs and got a new "referbished" one back, and now a new helmet. Can't beat that kind of service.
