I have the earlier models of the 30K (SP46) and the later models of the 30K (SP113).
The issue is the earlier models work fine with the external 2.5 mm input jack on the back of the base.
But these newer models do not using the same base and the same cords.
I've looked at all of the settings vis Sena Device Manager but I cannot find one that works.
These newer models have removed the FM Radio option and I wonder if they 'removed' the external jack functionality while they were at it.
All models are already at the latest firmware update.
And I have done a factory reset on one of the new models but that did not change anything.
I have found Sena support to be useless unless the unit is under warranty which in that case they just send you a new one.
Any ideas?
